About Us
CAD Creations & Design specializes in residential and light commercial architectural design and is owned by Thomas Blickenstaff and operated along with partner Tonyea Derwart.
Growing up in the building industry working for family businesses in construction, and with an interest in architecture since childhood, Tom always enjoyed seeing something on paper become reality and founded CAD Creations in 2005. Tom Blickenstaff sits on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Washington County, the trade organization for the building industry in Washington County, representing home builders, remodeling contractors, trade contractors and related professional firms and service companies.
With a background in the building industry and a passion for art, landscape design, and interior decorating, Tonyea also shared the desire to see the details imagined on paper come to life in a completed project and, in 2006, joined Tom and CAD Creations as a partner.
